Why would Simon be pissed if FFX is reiterating LLL's position, and LLL is currently not trading??
You can bet your last dollar FFX ran this ann past LLL management before releasing it and the wording was agreed upon.
Whatever is in LLL's upcoming announcement will further confirm the position that the two companies are separate entities - which was probably not widely known by the local population, media, and even in interim government circles.
