In the long term, the level of dilution will surely be made up for by the size of this acquisition. Seems like there could be another short term sell off by these people getting the shares at a discount but hopefully they sell them straight into the stronger hands of people who see the true long term value in CCC and not just more traders.

This info also explains the strong support/lack of selling at 5.5c after the EDF ann as well as maybe explaining the sell-off on Monday
