ESP ,there is simply not enough informaion to even make a guess .

We dont know what they are acquiring ,the cost ,the dilution factor or the cost to get into production .

I suspect Alex Cowlie has a brief outline of the deal but has no hard figures like the rest of us .

One thing I asm confident of though ,is that CCC would not bother unless it was an exceptional addition for them ,after all they do have plenty of growth options in their kit already.

Best to wait for details ,but I am sure we wont be disappointed .

CCC look to be on a steep growth curve that may take many by surprise .
