I wonder what the shareholders of DTIL (the company IMU bought one of their primary clinical assets from recently) think of the deal they got. Would any shareholder here be happy if RAC did a deal like DTIL did with IMU (US$8m cash, a bunch of IMU shares, and some far off biobucks)? It is a very tough market in biotech right now and cash is king.
