They're not the correct people for the job. The replacements offered have not shown why they are better suited despite the low bar. And I don't mean to be mean spititted here. I agree with everything the 249D has said and share their every frustration. I just don't think the odds of success with the new crew are greater than the old. Particularly considering the fact that we are clearly in the middle of sensitive and complex negotiations wrapped up in a lot of history.
