Let me apologise to you in advance if my posts appear rude, direct or mistrusting of the BOD and mgmt. The last 12 months, especially the last Ann has shaken my strong belief in the company. Until then I was bleeding orange crush. Not anymore. I am going to be asking hard questions of the mgmt and also of myself.

We trust you have the right intent and the chops. However you don’t have the title and operating from outside as a consultant. There are rogue elements like JC, MOF and who knows who are hiding in plain sight.

We are in a start up mode where the biggest enemy is the one within - most startups blow up because of themselves (eg. poor strategy, execution, team) than because of external factors (market, competition, economy). Let’s hope that is not the case.
