WTC has close to 2k employees, excluding their latest big acquisitions. Average employee cost I'd judge around $95k p.a. globally. They are heavily invested with employees in Sydney, Australia, a high cost area. So let's do the quick math: $95k average Global salary, ~20% in stock compensation x 2k employees = $38m. Let's say 75% will panic sell or just cash out to get their well deserved salary. With the more weighting towards sophisticated managers who earn more than $the 95k average salary, if they will sell, we're circa $100m in selling tomorrow. Depending on the price, that's a massive hit to the share price given demand and supply. Who will have confidence in buying to support?
