just tryin to clear up any weirdness
a delisted share has no market for valuation purposes.
incannex will still have a market was my point...... the trustee will still own shares in incannex usa.
if they sell them, they have an actual market verified disposal value.... but u may have zero visibility of that process was my point.
they have a legal obligation to not bend you over.
note: the US submitted documents say there will be a sale facility available for non-complying share owners. i doubt the trust meets the inclusion requirements for that.... but the trust could make an application to incannex to join that sale facility if they wanted to.....
