I will do it line by line then
Per your post
These are all facts:The only people that need to sell or buy on open are those worried about losing money, longs or shorts. Longs are less concerned about price drop than shorts at open per the below points
- investors that need access to their capital will be forced to sell on open
Investors wanting funds will also wait for the right price through the day.Asx 200 funds aren't forced sell in the first few minutes. They can wait for the right price and likely balance on a monthly cadence
- index funds will be required to sell on open since AVZ was removed from the ASX200
Investors not wanting to be part of it will not be forced to Close at open. They too can wait a few hours at least
- investors that no longer want to be invested in a corrupt, highly risky sovereign state where asset ownership is forever questioned may decide to sell
- AVZ may come out of suspension with a reduced ownership of the Manono asset
This stock will not relist without ownership sorted. So there is no outcome at open that isn't ownership clarified.
There is also no reduced ownership as the zinjin 15 percent came from comminiere. The only risk here is increased ownership of that 15 percent. Most importantly - The short squeeze will be a matter of minutes not days. this is the reason for the short-squeeze, compressed timelines with high buy volumes creating a tsunami effect on the sell side order book. Long Investors wanting out will do it in days. Short investors wanting out will BUY in minutes to close
