If there was a potential partner wanting into RAC which was going to create a significant amount of dilution, then maybe we can kill two birds with one stone.
Have this potential partner buy JC's shares (I'm sure there are already offers out there to compete with), that way they get a decent ownership which they would be after.
And then organise a loan structure. DT mentioned that RAC couldn't get a credit card, but I'm guessing there is an entity out there willing to lend to RAC.
This gets JC off the register (for those worried) if he wants out. RAC gets the required funds - and no dilution.
(Shame DT can't fact-check this and shut down any incorrect assertions)
