    This really is coming down to the wire... The SEC has two more days (assuming they don't file/work on weekends?) to file the merger as effective (or not). Interestingly MTAL received another effective notice on the 22nd of August. Surely it's CRML's turn ? Blanked on my email, so I'm leaning towards amendment or they are not sure/confident anymore. I could be completely wrong but we will know very soon.
