The court date is today in regards to keeping the 2 licences below that Alexander Creek (subsidiary of BUX who's in bed with IGO) are trying to get.
With Covid in full swing, money low and the licences coming to renewal soon Alexander Creek noticed an opportunity mostly due to lack of spend and activity on AHNs part. AHN defence in short covid hit, money was tight and funding didn't come through as expected to keep exploring and spending money (All understandable). So here's hoping it is just a $10k fine per licence and we get to keep them.
Without them however IMO AHN is still good to go with FE1 and the South Narryer Project we have exploring updates due soon.
