On that note: why do you guys think you can get away with still quoting a 5% discount rate and a pre tax target? I know it’s a trick to make the numbers look good. But in order to attract serious investors don’t you think you need to start using marked conform methods. At least use 7% which even Snow Lake did for their PEA.

Trust needs to be reestablished so the trolls can leave finally.
