I would also add that the $143m capex for the Albion process is over the top.
EVG is currently building an Albion plant from the dirt up in the Dominican Republic for $75m USD.
Whilst there are cost differences between Oz and the DR,circa double the cap ex is EXTREMELY conservative.
In addition it would appear that the op ex is also very conservative given it is assumed to be a stand alone operation whilst in reality there will be large cost savings with the existing operations.
I am amazed that people are selling into the buy side today. Not a lot of sense IMO.
