gina paid $0.36 cash per Warrego share!
Below is a map of STX's footprint in the Perth Basin after the dust settled in the fight for Warrego, and as it is today! Gina owns the other 50% of West Erregulla (EP469). Squint your eyes and you will see it....
The map initially had STX with 100% of West Erregulla as this was from a presentation selling the virtues of STX's takeover offer before Gina arrived to spoil the party. Luckily she did, as STX came away with $136mil of unexpected cash and the means with which to accelerate other projects, despite Walyering still not being online!
Hate to think where STX SP would be today without that cash!! I know this Talon thing wouldn't be happening....
STX has the best turf (opinion) and the biggest reserves position (fact) in the Perth Basin! Don't care what anyone says, Talon's PB assets will add value to the STX suite....
