Appreciate the post. My biggest concern is that I see the interest rate environment potentially getting worse due to macro factors and this may potentially end up being an issue for RFF. Admittedly RFF management are experts at this and would have likely thought of the same issues I am concerned about and may already have solutions planned.
I would just feel more comfortable with less debt and if this was being done I would likely park a lot more money here.
