Well, I bet if it was raised a few quarters ago, you would still find something to talk about. Probably “why are we raising when we still have cash? Must have been issues with EPA, Cinnabon just never learn and only take cares of his mate”. Or “Cinnabon just won’t listen to EPA and that’s why it’s delayed and we need the CR now, strike number X, a savvy management will know to raise later when the SP recovers along with the progress”
