    I declare that I have voted - all against.

    That will disappoint many. The decision was with a lot of trepidation. However i had to take everything that is public info, into account and also try to guess what may be ongoing that share holders are not cognizant of. Total respect to all share holders - no matter how you vote.

    I am prepared for the coming crucifixion...
