Mate - great table - spells it out. No line for retention?
With the cost to fab anticipated to be equivalent to FLASH - faster than DRAM - if retention is in years, is this a legit higher performance FLASH replacement as well? You could feasibly have memory management software which periodically refreshes the data - think in "always on devices" like mobile phones.
You'd think the likes of Samsung would be rock hard over a memory tech like that - something that can act as both system and storage memory in a device, much faster performance than the current industry standard (for FLASH at least) as cheap to fab as FLASH.
