I guess by ongoing you are implying they've already been demonstrating whatever, for a really considerable period?? like for months? or at least weeks?? Come on, I might recognise a decent commitment over 5+ years as "demonstrated ongoing" in this context.
I am here to discuss CUE, not to discuss the corporate citizenry of Petrobras. If that is all you wish to discuss I will leave you to discuss that with someone more interested.
