Ideally Mct would have entered a JV with a partner prepared to contribute. No point dwelling on the past. 2 or 3 years ago shareholders were saying Mct at 40m was undervalued. It doesn't help the current situation. Our Mc is 7.5m and Nme is 5.5m. So Mct owns 34% of Nme so that is approx 1.9m. Cav is looking to feed the mill at Genesis. We need to find a path forward. Some sort of a plan. I guess the question is what is the value of the JV. Personally I think it is worth at least double what the market is valuing it at. Definitely more like the value given to Cav especially as we already know there is definetely 370k ounces but more like 900 or so. Another option which I am not sure mgt of both companies may or may not have considered is to a source a private company to take on the project and pay both companies a set commission. Both companies need $$ so obviously the ideal situation is the fastest route to getting the gold out of the ground. I see only two options, sell the tenements or pass the project on to an expert. Maybe I am one of the few people buying Mct at 0.002 but I have made lots of money from shit companies and lost heaps on good ones. Has all the feels of when I was buying Pur at similar levels early 2020.
