On a side note I did watch the trump & Tucker Carlson interview it did make me take notice a bit because it mentioned Cuba several times and specifically the building of Chinese and Russian installations on the island.
Granted it's Trump so a grain of salt is required but that is more concerning to me sovereign risk than whether we have plenty of oil mostly because neither China or Russia would want Cuba moving to a more market based economy imo.
