Just something to consider from left field.
We know that Dr T was preparing a considerable response to the Strategic Update document.
When taking into account the current share price, could this response provided to the Board ( and possibly major shareholders) have had an influence on the decision to instigate Board and management changes, including bringing Dr T back in-house?
