Hi all p- I wonder does anyone know the responsibilities of a Non-Executive Director are?
From some comments I think some may be on the wrong track - my thoughts only.

I believe a top appointment. I believe she can open doors. Lets hope they are the right doors!

What is a non-executive director?

Non-executive director means a person who is not an executive director and not interested in the company's day-to-day operations. He or she is usually involved in planning and policymaking.
