bubbles burst and this housing bubble has put property valuations at ~12 times average wages compared to 3-4 times in the 80’s and we expect that to keep on going?! that defies logic… unless the government is happy to sell Australia lock, stock and barrel to overseas investors?

all booms must bust

look at the unprecedented debt and the high interest rates charged to service that debt, the FED for instance committing to 2% so interest rates will be higher for longer… DEBT!

That wasn't Australia and supply is still constrained here. Measuring of prices must be done against household incomes these days gone are the days where most households are 1 income.

Booms will only bust when demand drops away
