To me the wording infers the company is aware of an entity/entities with an intent not in the best interest of the companies share price moving in a certain direction. It's vague and leaves the reader to speculate - not what you want to read in a company report.
Remember, these reports go under microscopes and decisions get made. My interpretation is mine and others will have theirs. Have to wait and see what happens with the share price in the coming days. All I can do is buy or sell.
