just to be clear, apart from Walyering, none of the Talon turf is within that cartoon/diagram I posted above.
The addition of the Talon turf will be material to the STX PB footprint. For instance, Condor is a target that's potentially 5 times bigger than Walyering and shallower and cheaper to drill. However, Condor is close to lots of hobby farmers, and getting approval to explore/drill/produce gas won't be easy! Condensate trucks on the neighbor's roads will be an issue!
I figure STX was arguing no value for Condor in the Talon discussions but once that deal is over the line you can bet STX will be "singing" about its virtues, same for Triangle stuff north of West Erregulla! Which I am told is highly faulted.....
