Not sure if SSG is still ongoing, and if so, it would be interesting to know of its (members) opinion of recent events and performance of SPA executives and the Board of Directors?
Even at the time of MF's removal as CEO and MD, was of the opinion that there needed to be further culling of SPA Board members, particularly after the representations and recommendations made by the Board of Directors before and after the EGM requisitioned by lodgement of the s249D notice.

With a market capitalisation of $6.5Mil, now requiring further capital raising to stay afloat, and considering most of these Board members were incumbent and supported MF during his tenure, should the retention of all of these individuals not come into question?
Maybe SSG should have a say in the size and composition of the Board?
