    I thought I saw that comment in the context of finance somewhere but, going through things again, I can't find anything. So, I may be just multi-tasking, hasty, fried brain on Friday and off on a wild tangent there. Apologies.

    Nevertheless, I'd be interested in any clarification on what is meant by 'Operating & Control Philosophy'. Maybe related to environmental compliance?
