I was a holder for a long time but sold out earlier this year for a small profit. I agree it looks like it could do with some fresh leadership, it is hard to understand what they are trying to do with this business. I thought they were supposed to be working towards direct to customer but if that is the strategy they haven't made it easy. Their products still require customers to fill out printed forms and post them with cheques. The systems inside must be completely antiquated.
