PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
Fusia Limited (FUS, formerly Tennyson Networks Limited) designs, develops, markets and offers support of advanced business communications products for information-centric businesses. FUS is a provider of complete business communications solutions encompassing a Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) platform, Integrated Voice Response (IVR), unified communications and messaging, fax and remote access. The company lost control of its two subsidiaries, Tennyson Technologies Pty Ltd and Datareach Limited, with the appointment of administrators on 14 October 2003. The company was removed from administration on 13 April 2004, with the execution of a deed of company arrangement.

SMALL OFFICE EXCHANGE: The Company's Smart Office eXchange (SOX) platform has been developed specifically to meet all the communication needs of businesses,
combining a telephone system with an integral LAN Hub and Router. Tennyson continues to build on the SOX platform with new applications, including the Virtual Phone, an intuitive GUI PC-based telephony PBX system with advanced functionality and PowerSOX, a customer contact centre solution.

On 9 February 2004, the SOX Joint Venture was established between Ascent Capital Pty Ltd (on behalf of Fusia Limited) and CDM Australia Pty Ltd, to continue the SOX Technology. On 9 June 2004, the joint venture signed a heads of agreement with Metrowell Limited, that will trade as SOX International, and will hold the sole and exclusive licence to the SOX Technology for a period of 54 weeks, with the right to purchase the licence (subject to the meeting of financial obligations).

On 19 November 2004, the company entered a heads of agreement for the acquisition of MobiData Group Pty Ltd, a software development company focused on applications for mobile telephones. MobiData’s initial product is MobiPod, a ‘set-and-forget’ mobile phone backup service that automatically backs up all of the data on a mobile phone, to a central server.
