Joel did touch ln SP and showed how he feels about it which is what I assume most feel. He did also touch on new investors And how they are mostly US based and that they won't buy due to many issue around the fact it's and ADR and not a common share on the NASDAQ. as for Sud dumping on market Joel metioned something about that. he could have gone through other avenues but was unaware of them.
