That is my question, will it take the oil? As far as I read last year there is no capacity to take extra heavy oil from a company like Melbana. To upgrade the current refineries was like more than one or two billion $ each. The pipeline is only good for light oil as well, and someone would need to pay for that to be fixed to carry light oil even.
That is what I would ask at the webinar anyway.
