Well I did buy the majority of my holding at $1.95. You’ll see a post I did on this forum when shares dropped below $2. Anyway, performance is great, market likes it, although I assume it was a lot of idiot short sellers closing out their positions today. 4% of shares were still shorted as of last week. Crazy stuff. Good luck to them….. although maybe they’ve seen the welcome to country slides and saw the writing on the wall haha.
Back to the financials, anyone else feel guidance for FY24 was a little conservative? They had to issue updated guidance last year when they realised they wouldn’t hit $800m revenue and the share price tanked. I suspect they’ve learnt to under promise and over deliver.
Anyway, I pay my respects to the hot copper elders past and present.
