Well, a change of guard certainly can't be a bad thing given that we have had a revolving door of very poor operators at the helm over a number of years.
One of them, Bob Brookins, is still in the executive team, though I know he is revered for being the brains behind the tech - pretty ordinary CEO though. You just have to hope the new guy doesn't add to that Rolodex of mediocrity.
