My one observation here after watching that video is if you've been producing cells for 12mths you'd imagine it'd be a more automated process than shown there...... Me when watching I expected there to be less human involvement because that video there it almost comes across as semi automated/pilot plant like.........

Or maybe it's just how the older equipment they are currently using operates and requires more human involvement don't know...........
