I honestly struggle with the complete lack of awareness of what has happened to most in our sector when I read some of the posts here. I have posted this before, yes you have to do some work to understand it, as opposed to bitching on an anonymous forum.
Here are a few companies to have a look at.
Compass- 60 bucks now 8.97 the did however just compete a funding of nearly 300 million dollars (USD), shows there is a heap of appetite for our sector. ATAI- 20 to 1.63 - prob the biggest company on our sector, owns big share of Compass. EMD- 50c to 8c IRX - 14 to 4c IMU- 60- 6.9 (they just did a cap raise - lucky we did one at 20, but most of you knew better at the time) OPT- 3.00 to 60c Plenty of others.
They must all be run by idiots too.
There is also a thing called the risk free rate ie the 10 year bond yield. (Has a fair impact on the price of risky assets)
When all of the above were at highs, it was 1 percent, now it 4.3. About an 80 percent increase, similar to the share price falls.
Yes we all have the right to an opinion but try and understand what you are talking about if you are going to have one.
