You are probably weighting your opinion heavily towards Trumps phone call where he stated that only 11,000 votes need to be found.
This comment was attached to his request that voting be investigated in Georgia. If it was 11,000,000 votes, that would be too many to trigger an investigation and/or recount. However, 11,000 votes is quite different and Trump was quite reasonable to make the request.
