It inspires confidence when a speeding ticket rattles the timid & the SP still supports a 9.3% gain for the day. It certainly instils rock solid credibility & credence.
With a mildly negative Dow, negative for large cap stocks, is more often than not a positive for small cap stocks.
Although there may be bargains, for a lucky few, ie. if your lucky.
