Brendan Borg was a director at FFX until May 2022. He surely knew what was going on at that point. Why didn’t he do anything?

What you don’t realise is the majority of directors do sweet FA and get their positions through the boys club. He was overseeing FFX in 2022 and let whatever happen happened.

The issues at FFX lie squarely with the board who knew what was happening and LIED to the market that they were debt free and fully funded. The issues at FFX didn’t happen over a couple of days. If you remember we were advised the sanctions were having no effect on our production. And yet the ASX queries clearly showed that the sanctions did cause issues. Why lie? Why did BB allow comments that weren’t true be told?
