Seanl , I believe KSA expired 2022.Readiing between the lines hadrian 109 was not commercially ready and/or KSA may have used it more for publicity , than committing to 50,000 houses.
You ask a good question , why are there no binding contracts ? even in Perth where FBR can directly provide a WaaS service to builders and developers at bricklayer building rates.
In Perth , in the main , FBR with builders have built houses from glued blocks and sold to public , except community centre.Speed of builds and follow up to lockout have not been demonstrated by FBR at Wellard or Willagee.
At this stage IMO the risk reward case for builders and home owners in Perth has not been demonstrated .Why would a customer ask a builder to build their home , biggest investment in their life with glued blocks instead of brick and mortar , with no cost savings , no structural benefits proved and accepted in the community.
I agree USA is the launch pad for commercial hadrian 110 , DEVELOPMENTS AT SCALE, large blocks would be insane advantage.Re appetite , just look at the 100 house toothpaste build in Texas.
