It seems like 3% of GDP, $45 billion per year should be adequate for annual reparations. But because reparations have not been paid historically an additional 1% needs to be charged, this will also help accommodate the growth in the aboriginal population (the fastest growing demographic in Australia between 2016 and 2021).
So it would be $60 billion per year or $80,000 per first nations person per year, in the first year and escalating from this point in line with GDP.
