Am i crazy in thinking AVZ should just try and get 2-3bil off these guys, whoever wants it really, zinjin or DRC, doesnt really matter who, and then just go an buy out another company who currently has a monster deposit themselves in a better jurisdiction... I mean they could basically offer PMT 3bil for there massive deposit right now, but thats just an example about the type of deposits that are out there currently at just 1-2bil.

Even if AVZ win the case, you can bet there will be sooooo many nightmares ahead and more crap to deal with, they are better off getting whatever they can and then making a real nice aquisition somewhere better with the funds, im sure shareholders would be more then happy for them to have 2-3bil cash to spend after whats happened...
