AEM is recording strong sales with record profits, but they are getting deeper and deeper in debt!
SMS is bleeding AEM dry, all these board members are sucking every penny out of the company, for what? What are they working on?
Selling? we have nothing to sell!

The old board may have never told or understood the truth, but at least they were very stingy on money usage. Most salaries were paid in shares.

For those who have never been on a board and think they are useful, wake up. Board members do not actually work for the company, none of them fill out time sheets, they are not employees. They MAY meet once a month and talk about how short we are on $, but none of them can actually do anything about it.

The board needs to be cut back to three people, chair, secretary and someone with actual knowledge of the product and selling into the aviation market.
