Indonesia absolutely maxed out due to equipment shortages

It's a bit of an often repeated myth about Indonesia and coal export that comes around every year that they are at maximum export volumes because of reasons X, Y and Z but in reality their exports have been increasing each year over the past few years. Somehow they find a way to export more each year. The chart below from the International Energy Agency shows that Indonesia has increased exports by more than any other country. It is Australia that looks like it has constraints in terms of trying not increase exports as we may have the intent to do it but haven't been able to find a way to achieve increased exports. The quality of their coal is a different story of course but their ability to export increased tonnes is impressive.
