Interesting to note the Chinese exports of magnesium over the last 6 months.
From January to July 2023, China exported 125,570.96 tons of magnesium metal
The exports were 125,570 tonnes at an average price of US$3,416/tonne.

This gives a rather accurate picture of the price to be expected for magnesium since China supplies 95% of the world market.
