have you read the project acquistion? it was a binding agreement which menas they must have done their DD before signed a binding agreement, so why after more than 1.5 years they haven't get the tenement granted? why would you acqire a project that there won't be any progress for 1.5 years or maybe longer? this shows that it was for the CR purpose only.
