7 or 8 years , not much difference.
Most will last a lot longer anyway.
I cheerfully bought my dual cab with a 5 year engine warranty, and replacing that would not be a happy experience.
But another plus for a phev , battery replacement a lot cheaper.
As well , a phev with a degraded battery 10 years down the track , will still be functional , just not as economical.
