surely you know SRK's 2019 idea to produce bitumen was brand new? never tried before. And Neil and Tony joined with Knox as the idea was floated.
Alpha didnt work for 40 years because there is little interest and poor economics producing shale oil in Aus, but producing bitumen margins/opportunity are totally different
macro changes would sure help investor perception but not the actual project.
