I hope you guys are not suggesting with glee that STX try to punish TPD if they do no get what they want.
I don't agree with that. A deal shoud be a win-win on both sides. TPD should be free to vote it down.
I don't want STX to turn into another shark. I don't own TPD, but I've experienced this recently with NWE.
It's painful for those on the other side. We're all here to make money, but it shouldn't be at the expense of others.
